Only known notched prior to them being released into play.
Notched chip was recorded 20 years ago

I had forgotten to add them to my website (and thats why I forgot to edit the TCR listing). I guess I sold out after I had them on the new releases page. I think I had 10.
Judging by the date on my new release note I must have picked them up during the 2009 convention.
