... the "proprietary" aspect of chip order forms or manufacturing records. If the information is only about the type of chip, description of the chip, how many were made, when they were made and for whom (which casino), I don't get the protection or secret aspect of the chips. The only thing I think they would want to keep "secret" is how the chips are made, what materials the chips are made of, and the marking, labeling or security identifiers of the chip (to prevent counterfiets).
