I went on a cruise out of Port Arthur, TX on the Texas Treasure. Killing time while we reached the 12 mile limit, I stuck up a conversation with the head cashier. I asked if he had any special chips like GO or an LE. He didn't know what I was talking about so I left it at that. On the way back in as I was cashing in some chips, he said "would you be interested in these". They were some Island Holiday chips he found in the vault and I said yes I would buy them. He said " Can't sell, because they are not our chips." with that he gave them to me.
