The BIG WHEEL chip would fall into the catagory of "recent creations." In order for a chip to be Seymour coded as Antique, it has to have been made before 1946. The only Seymour code catagory that has been allowed to go past this 1946 "cut off" date is the PZ POKER ADVERTISING section or better known as the Samples Section. There are a couple of Seymour coded chips that have been coded since Dale's 1998 revised Edition Antique Gambling Chips that were actually made after 1946. Dale has authorized corrections and deletions of these chips but it will be a while before the corrections actually happen.
