After looking over a few Hunt & Co chips with the Elks logo on one side, I feel there are three distinct variations.
Variation 1 has the XI (eleven) and all the dots in place. The dots are above the "B", Between the "B" and "P", between the "O" and "E" and above the "E"
Variation 2 has the"I" missing on the eleven. It makes it look like a Roman numeral 10. Also, the dot between the "B" and "P" is missing.
Variation 3 has the dot missing above the "E"
At first, I thought the Missing "I" in the eleven was a one time fluke but, I have now seen it in other Elks chips. So it seems these variations appear over time on different orders. The Missing "I" and missing dot are consistent on chips of that #1. variation. The generic Elks logo was used many different flip sides. The four chips below all are Elks logo chips.
