Unless you are well known, many dealers will flip over your yellow chips to check. I've never played a $25,000 but I've cashed them at the cage and they are always carefully examined. Again if you aren't known as a regular high-limit player they will check with the pit or the high limit slot area when you try to cash one to see where you got it.
