Anyone have any idea where this C&S was used. A on reverse and C on obverse. Or it could be A on obverse and C on reverse.

USPC delivered the chips to Big Al Capone on June 25, 1925. I had the only known example of this chip and sold it 3 years ago for $12,000 to a private collector.
