Your example assumes you want to catagorize them differently. I have mine listed by "state, casino, city, denom" and that's it. Anything else is an attribute of the chip (CIC, theme, etc) that I have added to the database and can run a report or print some scan pages, etc.

So someone says "show me all your CIC chips" I can go to the DB, do a search for "inlay=coin" and then it will pull all of them up. The physical chip is in the box by casino.
