I have tried the phone numbers after looking them up of Marshall from Tx and Al Kleindienst from LA. Marshall's is disconnected and Kleindienst had a recording "please enter your access code" ... both dead ends. Marshall's antique shop does not return the emails.

If anyone has any contact with either LMK how to get in touch. There is more than one person who would like to purchase the book. I hope the books if remaining aren't sitting in a GoodWill store.
