Ralph - Nice find. Unusual picture of Lewis - looks to be a picture when he was much younger than when the fight occurred.

The first fight between Holyfield/Lewis was on 03/13/1999 - held @ Madison Square Garden in NYC. It was a ruled a draw. I thought Lewis won it, but Holyfield always likes to flurry punches at the end of a round, and I think that tactic helped him in this fight.

The rematch was held on 11/13/1999 @ the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Lewis won this one via a unanimous decision.

I can only assume that the poster you picked up was for those Caesars guests not attending the fight but watched it on closed circut TV at the hotel/casino.
