of a chip is dependent on how badly someone needs it in their collection. I know I have grossly overpaid for a few chips in my collection because I was having such a hard time finding them. The flip side of that is I've also had some really great deals on quite a few chips that seemed like I was the only bidder on and walked away with what I knew was a steal.
