Top row are probably from Oregon.

Blue chip marked PC was found in Vancouver, BC. Reputed to be from underground "Poker Club"

Biplane chips may be from Utah. The red is one of the few with good image on both sides. Yellow has very worn inlay on reverse.

Yellow JM chip is reported to be from California.
