This isn't my chip (unfortunately), its a coworker that came across it in her fathers estate.

Being new to this whole hobby, I thought I'd get the boards opinions on the value of this chip based on its condition. The chips is in pretty good shape except for the dirt, chip easily stands on edge and doesn't have any flea bites. It books in the TRC for $400, based on the condition in the picture what would you say this chip is worth??
