Of course, when I think of the Riviera, I think of giant babies!!! :-D

But the photo from the your Helldarado article shows the Bird Cage in the background. The Bird Cage was open from 1958-59? Maybe they re-used the floats a few times over. That sounds about right for the Riviera! :-)
