Jeff, I can ship up to 3 chips in a padded mailer from Australia to the US for AUS$2.20 (about US$2). Add the price of the mailer and you'll be about spot on. I can also mail to almost every other country accross the globe for the same amount. When I get from 3-9 chips it goes up to AUS$4.40 (about US$4)

Contrary to many US ebay sellers beliefs, shipping outside of the US is not that much more expensive & only requires you to fill out a customs form and mail at the Post Office in person.
