I should rephrase

$1 Slot Machines and $5 Slot Machines have been around but did not get much play. Karl's Silver Club (Sparks, NV) invented the Dollar Carousel in 1977 where they set up $1 machines and set them loose with an attendant in the middle to sell more tokens. Play soared and other casino operators took notice and started putting carousels in their casinos and $1 slot revenue soared in Nevada in 1978 and 1979.

Most $2 machines started appearing in the mid 1990's; seen as a step between $1 and a $5 machine. So that is why I am assuming that the $2 1967 FM Tokens were used on the tables also in the latter half of the 1960's many of the clubs on the strip were going from $1 Minimums to a $2 Minimums on table games. I just don't think a $2 token would be popular with guests for table games.

And one from the Second Token Period
Make that about 70 different $2 Nevada tokens
70 Different? Sounds like a solid two...
Make that about 100 Nevada $2 Tokens
