You mistyped -- s/b PW-RV. Your problem/question is understandable because the book has black and white pictures so it is hard to know that there is a litho for PD-JK. PW-RV is the usual die-cut inlay -- the inlay is the usual white cut up. In PD-JK you have the design printed onto the round white inlay disk. In real life or color, you would see it immediately.
