I should be closing on my Condo in the Claridge in Pompano Beach in the next few weeks. I had this made up for the event. I was afraid to have the done and jinx it but I did it anyway. I will not be trading these until I close on the Condo. Also pictured is the chip used for the design. Deb Meister did a GREAT job. Pic of the AC chip is borrowed, I hope it's ok as I couldn't find another one.
