What sad news - another really great chipper and man has gone way to soon. I have know Don for many, many years and he was a true gentleman and someone I always looked forward to seeing each year at the Convention in Vegas.
Don had a passion for his Lake Tahoe chips and above all a true love for his family. He was so proud of his daughter and always bragged about her accomplishments when I talked to him.
There was not a kinder more caring person in the hobby.
Don, I will never forget you and the good times we shared over the years.
Rest in peace my friend.
