Virginia, no 24 on our illegal trip across the USA.

At least I will not spend an hour and a half getting all the info together for this post.

Only have one illegal from Virginia. I use the term “illegal” loosely as I hold chips without a club name in my “Home Game” file until I research them.

This one needs a little research but I have no doubts it will come back with a Club name or at least an illegal poker operation. Back in the 70’s I had chips in a poker operation with GBH on them. Gene, Brownie, and Howard. We lost the entire rack in a raid.
Poker was legal in most states unless you were cutting the pots.

My thoughts: The M stands for Morris. That means the B and S stands for two other people involved.
It looks like Morris changed the mailing address after he ordered the chips. I think the addresses will come back to info on the three, using criss cross directories.
Not too many hub records are hand written but have seen some others.
