If they are still redeemable then I would try various casinos. For example, all of the Harrahs properties will probably take Harrahs chips. The same with MGM. You may have problems with the independent ones especially if they are not financially stable. If you want to cash in a stack of Hooters chips I would plan on making a trip to Hooters.
