I guess it depends on what you call the "lowest issue Limited Edition"
There are only 25 numbered ones in the world. 25 with numbers would be different than the 1,975. Actually the one with number 25 would be one of a kind and therefore " lowest issue Limited Edition" <g>

BTW I am not saying they are the lowest issue Limited Edition, I was just adding a little to the thread. I personaly have never cared about numbered chips.
