I understand.
I am just saying that I dont believe we could ever recoup those pre-production costs from ebooks, because although you say you would use both versions, many people may only want the electronic form.

All that said of course, things will no doubt change in time with technology, its just that we have no plans at present (although it has been discussed in detail).
