... get them into the club, but, as you stated, why are they not staying? Maybe instead of offering "incentives" first to join the club, maybe someone should take the opportunity to make a post on the ChipBoard to explain the club, what it is about, it's benefits, etc. and see if there are any interested parties. I started by checking out the ChipBoard first, then someone later on (I believe it was James Campiglia himself) suggested I check out the and gave me the web site link. I was not persuaded to join or given any "incentive". I simply liked what the club was about and what it had to offer. Why not advertise a little more directly on the ChipBoard, instead of posting a link at the top of the ChipBoard? Just a thought... There can be many reasons why people are not renewing their membership. Has anyone sent a direct e-mail to those persons asking why? Could it simply be the economy; could it be they do not care that much about collecting chips or tokens; was it a short term collecting experience to see if they would like it and decided on something else; or maybe, the club and its benefits were never really explained (this happened in my case, but I read up on everything myself)? Lots of possibilities...
