This small lot of chips were found with one Casino de Arecibo chip, I know the CC is Casino de Camuy and the one next to it is possibly the only CC $25 known. But what intersts me is the Tophat chip as well as the Ivory APS in circle chip. Any help is appreciated...thanks...
