I see that all the time. Just the other day I commented to somebody about an ad I was reading. It may have been a nail salon or massage place. It said first time customers pay only xx for the service. I said and the long time customers get to pay the higher price.

What about this. I signed a lease many years ago for a store. The economy changes, I am here 19 years and now my neigbors are paying less than I am.
