Atlantic Maritime is correct, Don.
They were (possibly still are) casino operators on
several cruise lines. The largest operation they ran in Florida was aboard all three SeaEscape ships back in the 80s.
The chips are known in huge quantities in both
Upstate NY and in South Florida.
