The knowledge they had and have on the Puerto Rican casino chips and tokens was very impressive. I worked with Albert Rollins senior and I know he also learned much from Miguel Carlo. If you have some positive evidence that these MOP tokens are from some other place then you should give it otherwise I am a firm believer in the attribution as it has been for at least the past 20 years.
