On my computer I entered a profile in my name and the site indicated I would receive a password. I received the password and using it I tried to set up My Preferences. The site accepted the input but would not store it and create a cookie. All info entered into My Preferences was lost, and would not enter in post reply fields. I'm stumped. On the old site I had no problems.

On my wife's computer it indicated no profile exists, Yet in replies to posts, her user name and email appear in the appropriate fields. As I indicated before, both our Security and Privacy setting are the same. We are running IE8 on MS XP
