In the early 70's[71] I was a dealer in Reno. I was given 2 cards like these one day, told to study them and come in tomorrow to deal Roulette. Reno had a French wheel-single 0 with dealers on both side-ball was spun both ways in rotation. Sat. was about the only time that the 00 wheel was opened. Same at Tahoe.
