Not really? Well, if I pay big money for a rare chip, I cetainly
am glad when it stays at the same value and happy when it goes up in value and disappointed when a box is found and the value plummits!
However, i am keeping the chip beacause i bought it for other reasons, ie, I like the color,or the graphic
(if it has a riverboat on it , or my name on it)
or i wanted it to comlete a set...etc.
If it is an investment for some, i think they are rolling the dice
like many other investments, do your homework
