Didn't read the article but don't see myself going back to the Venetian for another visit. Found lotsa conventioneers and shoppers at this place. Busted out the doors and went across the street to Caesars where I could mingle with some fellow gamblers! Seems like an attempt to re-invent a strip resort by an outsider who may be missing the point. Lots of empty non-revenue generating square footage that they hope to fill in future with Comdex-like events in their convention center. I guess we'll stay tuned.
