Are you enquiring about a chip you have that has been cancelled.. if yes, can you post a scan.

Some chips that have been used in casinos are cancelled by drilling a hole thru them or stamping them... and are sometimes made into keychains or whatever.

Clipped chips might be a manufacturer's sample that are submitted to a casino for approval before making them.
