There wasnt a post. Everyone else figured it out
(actually there was one on uploading but I cant find it - someone else will find it for you)

For the tags at the top, just click on them and type inbetween them. (or select the text and then click on them).
Click on the smileys etc. to the left and the code wil appear automatically (except for in the 'subject' box).

If you use the new uploader, just hit the browse button and find the file you want. The code will automatically appear in the post.
Just be aware that although files uploaded that way will remain available indefinitely if I have enough disk space, they will disappear if you delete the post where they were first uploaded.
Therefore the old uploaded still remains active also (link at top)
