I bought one from Chuck Smorse a couple weeks ago. I'm not at home so I can't scan it, but it is a new issue with the small Hat & Cane logo pictured on the inlay (like a lot of the newer $1 issues lately). So Yes, the LV Hilton does have a New $1 House chip.
