I took the liberty of printing out the scan and taking to work, jsut to see what this guy, Jimmy, that I work with would say they are. He translated the bottom row as the following (take it for what it's worth to you) 1.) one 2.) five 3.) half (not half of anything specific, just "half") 4.) cent or penny. The top row he and another chinese guy at work were sitting there arguing about. They finally came up with the first chip being "bulls..." just the name of the club. The second and third chips were not agreed upon, but one of the two was something like "transfer money", unfortunately I was too busy watching them argue that I forgot to ask which one. This may or may not have helped, but I thought I would give it a shot. Oh yeah, Jimmy wanted to know if you have more of these and if they're clay.
