I just read about a Good Neighbor Program. Border Grill at Mandalay Bay is a member. When you sign up you get 15% off of your bill. I know Hilton use to give 10% off to locals and I know of some attractions that give discounts to locals, but this is the first I heard of the Good Neighbor Program. I searched google and couldn't find anything on this. Do any of you locals know?
