It means this nice piece will be taken good care of and restored/repaired if needed. I figure if the club member who won it wants to reveal himself he would have posted it by now. I just thought I'd let everyone know it's in good hands.

FYI: I just noticed that there are three clear silicone nubs on the rim of the wheel. It seems it may have had a glass over it and was used as a table or something. All the more reason I know it's in good hands now.
