& end an auction anytime. Just sounds like he did not get what he thought he could get for it. I'm probably NOT the best person to ask because this same thing happened to me a month or so ago. In my case, I paid for the item via PayPal (just to show to that I completed my end of the transaction) & then asked the seller for a refund (which I received). The seller also asked that I cancel the transaction and I refused -- if you cancel the transaction, I don't believe that you can leave feedback, which I wanted to do. Since the PayPal payment was refunded, it showed that I hadn't paid for it, but I did leave my feedback.

So you can probably guess what I would do
