I won an auction on eBay and received these two messages. I'm seeking advice on how to handle.

First Message: [Seller] "Hey , I just wanted to tell you before this item was finalized i already sold chips individually to a nice person that lives near me and tried to cancel it but they wouldnt let me due to bids on the item."

Second Message: [eBay] "Seller has sent you a request to cancel the transaction for "ITEM FOR BID"

Reason for request: The seller did not provide a specific reason."
