From a couple of sources I've had the following translated:
Top left: Building of Fong-Tien
Top middle: Member of Fong-Tien
Bottom second left: 5
Bottom right: 100 (literally a large number)

According to Leonidas:
Bottom left: 1
Bottom second right: half (could half mean "half of large number" or 50?)
Top right: Pray Heaven (I think is Fong-Tien), expensive 5 (could be 500?)

The chips from the bottom row are all from the same club (that's why I am thinking half means 50)

Last question -- Do you think the top three chips are from the same club?
