I've been assigned the task of researching a recent find that was made when going through a family storage bin.

It is a 40 fr casino chip from the casino in Monaco (socie'te' Des Bain de Mer De Monaco). I've found a picture of the chip on another website and this is the description (from Casino Tokens of Monte Carlo):

Obv: numeral "40" surrounded by by socie'te' Des Bain de Mer with Monaco across the center.
Rev: Same as obverse
34 mm, brownish-maroon with translucent orange and lemon-yellow security disks.

So the questions are:
A. How rare is it?
B. What is the approximately value of the chip?

Unfortuantely, while I know casinos and gambling, I know nothing about chip collecting or values. Thanks for any help you can provide,
