It's no worse than women pulling money out of their bras (or OTHER places) and expecting you to just hold your hand out there and handle the money that they just pulled out IN FRONT OF YOU. Then they look at you as if you've just insulted them by NOT physically touching the money that they just pulled from their sweaty bosom.

Men are no better, I've had guys pull money from all sorts of places (not as frequently as women), and sometimes its WET! Now THAT just torques me!
