I found a couple sites that list Opening and Closing dates of LV casinos and it lists Barbary Coast opening March 2 1979 and Imperial Palace opening November 1st 1979. Now it also lists The Flamingo Capri became Imperial Palace in 1976 so that's probably why the chip lists it as opening in 1976. Maybe they moved from the Flamingo Capri address to the current address in 1979???? Just my guess.
