Actually, that is not all the way true. With the "Wscript.KakWorm" all you have to do is receive & read an infected e-mail message. Here is what Symantec says about it:
"The unique thing about this worm is that it actually embeds its malicious code into the email message itself as a signature. Almost all other viruses, Trojans or worms arrive as separate, executable attachments".
Fortunately, this worm is almost a year old & Microsoft has closed the security breech in their software that it exploited. Also, if you use Netscape's e-mail program, instead of one of Microsofts, it doesn't have as much of an effect somehow.
