Rich, im sorry that is not a crest and seal but rather a five dollar Dunes 1st issue that there are only a few known and some of them are damaged or shaved on the rim. This example is neither of those. Chuck Smorse has a picture of it on the board and it will stand on end. I got out of the hobby 8 or 9 years ago after being in it for ten years. Bruce Landeau and i were pals and every time he came to Atlanta we would have a two or three hour get together. I really hate to let this chip go, but the coin collecting has taken its place.
