Caesars Palace and Grand Prix track is in the green highlighted box, middle left. Caesars is at the intersection in lower right corner of green box; the race track is above.

You can probably pick out a number of other casino properties too, though much has changed in the past 30 years, and not many vacant lots along the heart of the strip anymore.
