Hey Jim, If you happen to be in Key West during Fantasy Fest which is held the week before Halloween, you can pinch all the noses you want. I was there a few years ago & not only did I get a chance to pinch, but I was the pinchee. The place is a madhouse & anything goes in the Conch Republic & I do mean ANYTHING!!
