A player that had a history of playing 4 or more hours would get R/F&B as well as shows and line passes without any problem. They would also be given passes to the players lounges. Nowadays, you play 4 hours of blackjack at 50.00 theoretical and you're lucky to get a stinking hamburger.
Back then, every cost center did not have to turn a profit. They knew it didn't matter that the coffee ship only broke even.
Now....it's as though they forgot medium fish and the little fish add up. And they seem to have forgotten that you need to treat the players like you appreciate them. Bahamia did just that.
