On Thursday morning around 8am of this year's convention (6/24), I played about an hour of poker before the table split up. The dealer took me into the new expansion area to show me the new poker room, new slots of course, and the new restaurants and he also said they would be opening the new area up in July. I think they will get more business, at least more people playing poker. If next years' convention is at Southpoint, we'll see just how it all looks and if it helped bring in more people.
